GENERAL RETURNS
Requirements for a successful return on general items:
We must receive the item within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be returned in it's original packaging. It must arrive at The Beauty League Warehouse safely and undamaged. If the order arrives damaged, we cannot provide a refund and you will need to file a claim with your shipping company.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the item is returned safely within the 15 day window, we will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product.
We will not cover return shipping fees; all return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Once the item arrives, we will inspect it and issue a credit on the same credit card that you used to make the original purchase.
